The following links have specific purposes for IVCG volunteers and staff. If you're new to volunteering or to one of the included resources, please reach out via email (click for general support OR contact your Opportunity Manager).

Volunteer Portal (Bloomerang Vol.)

IVCG's Volunteer Portal is the "HUB" for all IVCG volunteers. Here, you can:

  • Post your service hours (or review those posted on your behalf).

  • Find your Opportunity Manager

  • Sign up for shifts (when available)

  • Discover NEW opportunities

CFAN Universal Intake Data System

This is the Universal intake database held by the United Way of Greater New Haven. Volunteers with IVCG's Food Force data support use this link.

Client Renewal

This form is for use by clients who are renewing their registration with IVCG.

Experience Corps
Volunteer Hub

EC-GNH volunteers participate in standardized program practices that follow the national standards stewarded by the AARP Foundation.

 

Active tutor volunteers associated with EC-GNH can log into the EC-Vol-HUB to complete service-related tasks (e.g. service hours).

 

Username pattern = = [first initial] + [last name] + [zip code] @ aarpfoundation.org

ITNRides
(VOLUNTEERS)

IVCG uses an online scheduling system for volunteer drivers associated with "RIDES+" and "RIDES".  This system is called "ITNRides".  After logging in, you'll review your rides and explore future rides that you can accept.

IVCG Tech Support

In addition to the core volunteer related resources accessible here (on this webpage), IVCG utilizes a number of tech systems to help support efficient and effective collaboration. These systems are numerous and depend on the activity. For questions or help with any of your IVCG related accounts, please contact us for help. 

Incident Report

If something goes wrong, it's an individual responsibility to report those accidents / concerns to IVCG. This is an essential commitment we all share for the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved.  As soon as you're safety able to complete the survey, please click below after an incident.

Vol Training

Volunteers "earn" tags or badges for completing certain training exercises.  Some are general (good for all volunteers) and others are specific to individual programs.  Click here to discover the available tags you can earn as a volunteer and how you check your own individual progress.

IVCG Blue Book

The IVCG Blue Book is a digital informational resource. Useful for volunteers and staff on their journey to being informed and empowered as active contributors to the mission.

For IVCG's Direct volunteers, Bloomerang Volunteer serves as the tech system to facilitate:

(1) opportunity enrollments,

(2) volunteer communication, and

(3) service hour documentation.

VC3
Vol. Data System

To support the accessibility of volunteer opportunities, this system is built for neighbors helping neighbors and changes what's possible in terms of scaling meaningful connections for those making community contributions. This is the digital "layer" on top of VC3 where peer-to-peer support is helping magnify joy!

Note: As of July, 2026, IVCG became the FIRST site on the East Coast to utilize Altruence.AI for use through the Vol. Center (VC3).
